How do I book?

Pick a date and address, choose 2 or 3 proteins, confirm guest count, approve travel fee and weather policy, then pay the deposit.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–4 weeks in advance. Peak seasons fill fast.

When is the final headcount due?

14 days before the event.

What time do you arrive?

The chef arrives 45–60 minutes before dining time for setup.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 3 weeks notice is required. Without advance notice, the booking fee is nonrefundable.
